Meet the Founders
Dr. Sheiva Nadooshan
Dr. Sheiva Nadooshan, Psy.D., is a clinical psychologist and founder of HONEYMIND, an innovative brand exploring the intersection of psychology, science, and traditional healing practices.
Drawing from her background in clinical psychology and cognitive neuroscience, she created HONEYMIND to reintroduce evidence-based wellness practices into modern life.
Inspired by her Persian heritage and generations of tradition surrounding saffron and other healing foods, Dr. Nadooshan founded HONEYMIND to think beyond trends and quick fixes, and instead focus on evidence-based practices that have been used for centuries.
As a clinical psychologist specializing in health and neuropsychology, her work explores the relationship between mood, stress, cognition, focus, sleep, and aging. Dr. Nadooshan's interest is focused on the use of natural ingredients, that are well-supported by scientific evidence, in real functional foods.
Dr. Nadooshan earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Midwestern University after graduating with honors from Rutgers University, where she studied Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience.
